You can restore your account using your JSON file or mnemonic seed via any of the compatible wallet interfaces.
You may have to complete some security checks (SMS, Google Authenticator, email) before you can lodge the withdrawal. The amount of security layers that you must pass will depend on the security settings you have configured in your account.

How to withdraw from MEXC
Head to MEXC and log in to your account.
Hover over 'Wallets' in the top-right corner. Then, click 'Overview'.
Next, search for "AZERO" in the search bar and click 'Withdraw'.
Lastly, enter your wallet address and the amount of coins you would like to withdraw. Then click 'Submit'.
